Leadership Studies is an academic, interdisciplinary program focused on personal leadership development as well as leadership processes within group, organizational, and community contexts.
Leadership Minor
The Minot State University Leadership Studies Minor is an interdisciplinary program which prepares students for leadership roles within their professions and their communities. The learning goals of the program are to: 1) prepare participants for leadership roles and processes in 21st century society; and 2) develop cognitive and interpersonal leadership skills.
