Access Services

Minot State University recognizes its responsibility for making reasonable accommodations and/or adjustments to ensure there is no discrimination on the basis of disability as established under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act. 

To apply for accommodations, students must complete the following:

• submit the online Access Services Application.
• provide documentation from a medical provider, mental health professional, or vocational rehabilitation counselor.
• schedule an appointment with the Access Services Coordinator. 

To renew accommodations, returning students must submit the online Renewal Form every semester.
